Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings
All sessions, workshops and events must be booked in advance through Acuity Scheduling. Full payment (where applicable) is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellations by You

• Individual sessions: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in no refund.
  

• Workshops and events: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start. After this time, your booking is non-refundable but may be transferable.
  

Cancellations by Charlotte
In the rare event that a session or workshop is cancelled, you will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Arriving Late
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
