A journey guided by the heart

From a young age, I felt called to live life differently. At 18, I left England to travel the world, trusting a deeper instinct that there was more to life and more to me than what I had been shown.

I spent years following that call. I sailed oceans, survived a shipwreck, and eventually built an organic café and wellness market in Key West, Florida, which became a community hub for conscious living. This business became my biggest spiritual teacher. Through all the many gifts and the challenges I learned what it meant to lead with purpose, to hold space for others, and to keep choosing what felt true even when the path was uncertain.

It was during this time that I also discovered the 13 Moon Mystery School and the deeper feminine mysteries that became a catalyst for my spiritual growth. Up until that point I had lived my life predominantly in my masculine energy. I was very purpose driven and found myself constantly striving and becoming burned out, and nothing seemed to soothe the stress and exhaustion I felt inside. The 13 Moon Mystery School awakened something different, it reconnected me to my feminine essence at which point everything changed.

Eventually, I felt the pull for change again. I longed to write, to guide, and to support others more deeply. Selling my business and leaving the life I had built opened a profound period of transformation. Menopause arrived at the same time as a powerful initiation, asking me to shed everything I no longer needed so I could step into a new chapter with greater truth and sovereignty.

In 2025, guided by the wisdom of my heart, I returned to England, my motherland, to begin a new chapter closer to family. This is where I meet you now.

When we learn to trust ourselves again, to meet who we are with compassion and acceptance, something opens. We begin to remember our worthiness. We discover that we are already enough.

I once sailed my own 26 ft boat from Key West, FL down through the Bahama’s with very little experience. And survived a shipwreck on a deserted island at 22 years old!

A Little More About Me

I live by the sea in a pink cottage on the South East Coast of England

This is my cat George. I flew him over from Key West, Fl with me. He is my temple cat and familiar!

The ocean is where I feel most at home. There’s something about staring out at the vast expanse that speaks to my soul.
