This is a space for women in midlife and beyond. A space to remember the truth that lives in our bones, to embody our wisdom and live from the quiet power of the heart – intentionally, sensually, and fully alive.

This is not a place where you are taught. It’s where you remember.

It’s a space where women gather in circle, guided by ritual, archetype, and frequency, to soften the old stories and awaken the truth already within.

The body is honored as sacred vessel, the shadow embraced as teacher, and the spiral path into our wisdom years revealed as a homecoming to our wild and sovereign heart.

Coming Home

This is the most intimate way of walking together, where we open up a space that’s devoted specifically to your unfolding journey. It's a place to be held, witnessed, and guided as you return home to your own wild and sovereign heart.

Through presence, somatic practices, pleasure rituals, archetypes and your heart's wisdom, we soften the layers that no longer serve, help settle your nervous system, allowing you to rest back into your wholeness.

Many of us have been stuck in cycles of striving, doing and achieving and our natural way of being has become locked behind layers of conditioning. Many of us struggle with feelings of unworthiness and shame, that keep us hidden or playing small. This journey is about helping you move beyond the old stories and remember what has always lived inside you. It's about coming home to your aliveness, your sensuality, your sovereignty, your authentic power.

I would be honored to walk beside you as a priestess and sister on the path. This mentorship is available in person or online. Each mentorship may look slightly different, to honor each persons unique journey.

The Wild & Sovereign Heart is the essence of our untamed, authentic being — the part of us that cannot be silenced, domesticated, or diminished. Wild, because we remember our deep belonging with the earth, our instinct, our cyclical nature, and our fierce aliveness. Sovereign because we bow to no authority outside the truth of the heart, guided by inner wisdom, compassion, and love.

When these two streams meet within us, we awaken the wise woman within — free, embodied, and deeply attuned to the living pulse of life. And in this remembering, a sacred simplicity returns.

About Charlotte

Charlotte Sophia is an ordained priestess in the 13 Moon Mystery School, transformational guide, and keeper of the Temple of the Wild & Sovereign Heart. Her path has carried her across oceans and through initiations of both loss and renewal—from sailing the seas in her youth, to stewarding a beloved community café for over a decade, to walking through the fire of menopause and emerging with a deeper devotion to the Wise Woman way.

Her own initiation through menopause brought her into a profound dissolution and rebirth, stripping away old identities and awakening her devotion to the Wise Woman path. It was through this passage that the Temple of the Wild & Sovereign Heart began to take form—as both a sanctuary for herself and a space to welcome other women home to their own truth.

Her work is rooted in the mysteries of the heart, the spiral path of feminine awakening, and the remembrance that we are each already whole. She brings together ceremony, embodiment, HeartMath®, and the ancient ways of circle to create spaces where women can soften the old stories, reclaim their wild essence, and return home to themselves.

Charlotte holds space with warmth, depth, and authenticity. She believes the heart is the gateway to sovereignty, and that midlife and beyond is not a decline, but a sacred initiation into the fullness of our wisdom years.

The Temple is her offering of devotion—a sanctuary where women gather to remember, to rise, and to embody the wild and sovereign heart within.

A Note from Charlotte

Hello, I’m Charlotte Sophia, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

This Temple was born from my own journey of dissolving and remembering. Menopause brought me to my knees, but it also opened a doorway into a deeper truth. I know how disorienting and tender this passage can feel, and I also know the power and freedom that await on the other side. I feel like a humble student of the wise woman now I am on the other side of menopause, entering into new but ancient terrain!

My prayer is that this space reminds you that you are not alone. Here, you are held, witnessed, and welcomed home to the wisdom that has always lived within you. Even though I am birthing this temple space, I am walking beside you, remembering with you.
