The Listening Room: April Meditation Series

Throughout April, I’m offering a series of live, guided meditation sessions.

This is a simple space to pause, slow down, and come back into contact with yourself.

There’s no pressure to “do it right” or have any prior experience. These sessions are about building a more natural and steady relationship with your body, your breath, and your inner state.

Sessions run twice a week:

  • Mondays at 7am (UK time) April 6, 13, 20, 27

  • Wednesdays at 7pm (UK time) April 8, 15, 22, 29

You’re welcome to join as many sessions as you like.

When you sign up, you’ll receive a Zoom link that works for the entire series.
