Private 1:1 Sessions

A calm, attuned space to meet yourself fully.


A 1:1 session is a space to lay down what you’ve been carrying. The looping thoughts, the emotional weight, the unspoken questions. Here, all of you is welcome.

This is more than a conversation. Through attuned listening, gentle reflection, coaching practices, and somatic awareness, we explore what’s moving beneath the surface. I support you to soften old patterns, release what no longer serves, and reconnect you to the deeper truth within.

How I Support You

Each session is a space to meet yourself more fully — mind, body, and heart. It’s where what feels heavy, confusing, or stuck can be brought into the light and gently transformed.

I don’t follow a formula. Instead, I draw on a blend of practices that create the conditions for clarity, release, and renewal to emerge:

  • Attuned Listening — being deeply heard and understood often shifts something on its own, opening new space inside.

  • Somatic Awareness — grounding into the body and nervous system so tension can soften and energy can flow again.

  • Parts Work & Inner Dialogue — meeting the different voices or “parts” within you with curiosity and compassion, so they can integrate rather than pull you in different directions.

  • Transformational Coaching Practices — reflections and tools that help you see patterns clearly and access new ways of responding.

  • Heart Coherence — using the power of the heart to come back into alignment, where your own wisdom rises to meet you.

The work is always about returning to the truth of who you are and creating the inner alignment that makes outer change possible.

What We Might Explore

What arises in a session is always unique, but often we find ourselves:

  • Naming and softening emotions that have felt heavy or hidden.

  • Untangling looping thoughts or inner voices with curiosity rather than judgment.

  • Releasing tension and reconnecting with the body as a source of wisdom.

  • Touching into the heart for clarity, alignment, and quiet self-trust.

At its root, it’s about self-empowerment and self-healing, guiding you back to your inner wisdom. The sessions are guided by what you bring and what’s ready to be met.

A Journey That Deepens Over Time

One session can bring relief, clarity, and a gentle reset, but real change often comes as we build trust with the process and allow the work to unfold layer by layer.

I recommend at least 4 sessions to give space for:

  • Deeper patterns to surface and soften

  • Skills and practices to integrate into daily life

  • Your inner rhythm and self-trust to strengthen

Many people begin with a single session, then choose a series of 4 or more sessions to experience the full depth of the work.
