Rooted in heart-centered, science-backed practices to ease stress, restore balance, and help you meet life with more clarity, calm and care.

At its essence, The Listening Room is about coherence—restoring the natural alignment of mind, body, and heart. Because, when we’re in coherence, life feels more spacious, meaningful, and connected.

Tea & Talk on Wednesdays is a space that is kept open for anyone who wants a moment to pause, connect, and be heard.

You’re welcome to come for a free 30-minute 1:1 conversation—whether to share what’s on your heart, sit in silence, ask a question, or simply be witnessed in whatever you’re moving through.

There’s no pressure, no expectation—just an open-hearted pause in the middle of your week. A chance to reconnect with yourself and receive the quiet nourishment of being fully met in loving presence.

A Note from Charlotte

Hello, I’m Charlotte Sophia, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

The Listening Room was born from a simple desire: to create a space where people can slow down, exhale, and return to the heart. These are tender times, and in tender times our hearts matter. Our presence matters. And how we listen to ourselves and to one another matters.

After 25 years living abroad, I’ve returned home to England and am so grateful to now call Deal my home. I would be honored to welcome you to The Listening Room—whether through a private session, a class, or one of the community events.
