Hello, I’m Charlotte Sophia, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
The Listening Room was born from a simple desire: to create a space where people can slow down, exhale, and return to the heart. These are tender times, and more than ever our hearts matter. Our presence matters. And how we listen to ourselves and to one another matters.
After many years living abroad, I’ve recently returned home to England and now call Deal my home. I look forward to welcoming you—wherever you’re beginning—into this work of listening, presence, and coherence..
