The courses and workshops offered through The Listening Room are designed to bring the principles of heart coherence and emotional regulation into everyday life in a grounded, practical way.
They offer simple, accessible tools to help people navigate stress, change, and emotional overwhelm with greater steadiness and self-trust. Rooted in HeartMath®, meditation, and mindfulness practices, these sessions support the nervous system to settle, the mind to clear, and the heart to become a reliable inner guide.
This work is not about self-improvement or fixing what’s wrong. It’s about learning how to live and relate from a more coherent inner state, one that can be returned to again and again, even in the midst of busy or challenging lives.

About the Course
Modern life places constant demands on our attention, energy, and nervous system. Many of us spend our days responding to pressure, managing emotions, and pushing through fatigue without ever fully settling back into ourselves.
Heart Coherence for Everyday Life offers a gentle, practical introduction to working with the heart as a source of balance and regulation.
Grounded in HeartMath® research, alongside meditation and mindfulness practices, this course supports you to understand how stress affects the body and to learn simple tools that help bring the heart, mind, and nervous system back into alignment.
The emphasis is on practices that can be used in real life — at home, at work, and in relationships — rather than techniques that only work in ideal conditions.
What We’ll Explore
Over four weeks, we will gently build familiarity with heart coherence and how it supports emotional wellbeing.
Each session will include:
An accessible introduction to heart coherence and nervous system regulation, backed by science
Guided practices to help you shift from stress into coherence
Space for reflection, questions, and integration
Simple tools you can practice between sessions
The pace is unhurried, with an emphasis on consistency rather than intensity.
