These workshops and courses offer simple heart-centered practices to support well-being.

This 90-minute class offers a gentle, accessible introduction to meditation. We’ll sit together around a table (not cross-legged on the floor), beginning with a conversation about what meditation really is and how it can support your wellbeing. Meditation doesn’t have to be difficult, time-consuming, or about emptying the mind — it can be natural, enjoyable, and something you weave into the rhythm of everyday life.

From there, we’ll explore simple practices to help the body settle and the mind soften, including a longer guided meditation, space for quiet reflection or journaling, and room for discussion and questions.

The purpose of this class is to help you discover easy, natural ways to bring more balance and ease into your daily life. You’ll leave with tools you can use right away — whether you’re completely new to meditation or simply looking for a fresh, supportive approach.

No experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to try.
