April 2026
The April Meditation Series - FREE
Throughout April, I’m offering a series of live online, guided meditation sessions for free.
This is a dedicated space to pause, slow down, and come back into contact with yourself.
There’s no pressure to “do it right” or have any prior experience. These sessions are about building a more natural and steady relationship with your body, your breath, and your inner state. A chance to take time out for yourself and connect inward.
Sessions run twice a week online, from April 6th to April 29th and will be 40 minutes:
Monday Mornings at 7am (UK time) April 6, 13, 20, 27
Wednesday Evenings at 7pm (UK time) April 8, 15, 22, 29
You’re welcome to join as many sessions as you like.
Each session will have its own theme and intention, offering a range of doorways into meditation so you can discover what feels most natural for you.
This series is free to attend.
If you’d like to join, enter your details below and I’ll send you the link.
Sometimes it’s easier to show up to a dedicated space, at a set time, and let yourself be held in that pause. I want to offer you that with this free series.
MARCH 2026
The Art of Living Well
A four-week course in meditation and self-awareness. An invitation to live in closer relationship with yourself.

The Art of Living Well
Through meditation and embodied awareness, this course explores how to slow down enough to feel, to listen, and to participate in your life more consciously.
The Art of Living Well is a meditation journey, but not in the traditional sense.
Rather than asking you to quiet your mind or force stillness, this course offers simple, embodied practices that bring us back to ourselves through the senses, feeling, intuition, and the body.
Meditation here is not a technique to master, but a relationship you gently build with yourself through listening.
Listening to your body.
Listening to your breath.
Listening to what’s alive inside you.
This course invites you to become more present and connected, so that your life becomes something you are actively inhabiting, rather than simply moving through.
The Art of Living Well is about inhabiting your life consciously.
Over four weeks, we’ll move through four core arts:
The Art of Allowance — letting yourself be as you are
The Art of Sensation — coming home to the body
The Art of Tenderness — softening into breath and compassion
The Art of Listening — attuning to the wisdom of the heart
This will be a small, intimate group, allowing space for connection and shared experience.
Each week includes a live Zoom session with a short introduction to the theme, a guided meditation, and time for reflection. Recordings will be available if you are unable to attend live, though joining the live sessions is encouraged whenever possible, as it allows for a deeper and more connected experience.
You will also receive a recorded meditation to support your practice during the week, along with a PDF of contemplations for personal reflection. A private WhatsApp group will provide a space for ongoing connection and support between sessions.
This course is for you if:
You want to feel more connected to yourself and less caught in your head
You’re longing for more calm, clarity, and inner steadiness
You want to quiet the inner critic and develop a kinder, more curious relationship with yourself
You find yourself stuck in cycles of constant doing, giving and feel exhausted
You’re curious about exploring a meditation practice
At its heart, The Art of Living Well is about the practice of being with yourself, with greater awareness, kindness, and honesty.
